Lori Loughlin’s Daughters Are Becoming Famous in Their Own Right: Meet Isabella and Olivia

Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, will always have their family. The former Fuller House star and the famous fashion designer have been together for years and share their two daughters, Olivia Jade Giannulli and Isabella Rose Giannulli.

Lori and Mossimo’s love story first began in the mid-1990’s. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the two met at a fancy Los Angeles restaurant in 1995. It wasn’t long before they solidified their status as a couple when Lori and Mossimo eloped in Newport Beach two years later in November 1997.

The When Calls the Heart alum and the Mossimo clothing brand owner didn’t wait long to have kids. Less than a year after exchanging vows, Lori gave birth to the pair’s eldest daughter, Isabella, who also goes by Bella. Their second child came along the following year when daughter Olivia was born in 1999. Mossimo is also the dad of son Gianni from a previous relationship, though there is not much known about him.

As Bella and Olivia grew up, fans often caught glimpses of the famous family as they attended red carpet events with their mom and dad. The two beauties have even followed in their mom and dad’s footsteps by becoming stars on social media.

Trouble struck the Loughlin-Giannulli family, however, when Lori and Mossimo were sentenced to time in prison for their involvement in the college admissions scandal in August 2020. The Hallmark actress accepted a plea deal, which required a two-month prison sentence, two years of supervised release, 100 hours of community service and $150,000 fine. Per In Touch, she was released from prison in December 2020.

Mossimo, on the other hand, was ordered to serve five months in prison, two years of supervised release, 250 community hours and $250,000 fine. The design guru was released from prison early in April 2021, but he spent the remainder of his sentence under home confinement. As In Touch reported, Mossimo was moved to a halfway house called the Long Beach Residential Reentry Management (RRM) field office.

The couple were first indicted in March 2019, having been arrested for “agree[ing] to pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters designated as recruits to the University of Southern California crew team,” even though neither of their kids participated in the sport. Although Lori and Mossimo initially pleaded not guilty to “conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud” in April 2019, they accepted a plea deal in May 2020 after receiving more charges for conspiring to commit federal program bribery.

Despite the ordeal, the duo’s daughters have had nothing but support for their mom and dad. In honor of Mother’s Day in 2021, Olivia showed her appreciation for the Garage Sale Mysteries alum by sharing a throwback photo on Instagram. “You are the best. Period,” she gushed about Lori.
