Three must try restaurants in Salt Lake City, Utah. All uniquely different, yet equally incredible!
It would be an understatement to say there’s quite a wide variety between these three restaurants I’m currently loving. All different, yet fabulous in their own way.
Lazy Day Café. This quintessential tiny little breakfast spot is packing in the yum along with their fans. Saturday mornings are sure to be busy, but well worth the wait. I had the ‘Lazy Deluxe,” I am still drooling over it. The combo of fried chickenbreast, bacon, fried egg, topped with sausage house gravy on a homemade biscuit, wow!
Valter's Osteria. This is a must in downtown Salt Lake City. It is definitely a splurge for special occasions, you will never forget. Almost always you will see Valter himself strolling through the tables and charming all the guests with his genuine Italian love. From the bruschetta starter to the lemon, honey gelato, the menu is unmatched with perfected simplicity. The butternut squash ravioli literally melts in your mouth, I don’t know how, but it does.
The Copper Kitchen. The tone is set before eating with the chic and sharp vibe of this restaurant. The menu reflects seasonal items, thus there’s always something new to try. If you’rewanting an incredible, quality burger than this is your place. It sounds silly to talk about burgers while sharing the menu is a beet and avocado salad atop whipped ricotta but let me tell youthey both fit the mold. They take burgers to a new level with a house made aioli sauce that I could drink.
