It was a hung jury you cannot cherry pick the jury's statement after the fact. A actual verdict was never rendered. Retrial is necessary. In reviewing the evidence, and her confession that she hit him, and her rageful voice message hateful message. Well all the evidence is substantial for a Guilty verdict, for Karen Read. New Trial, Different attorney as they was a hint of inappropriate behavior with the attorney with his hands all over her at a steak house celebrating, a new jury is in order with a pair of fresh eyes for review. Guilty!!!!
