Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a Pataskala theft. The Pataskala Division of Police reports that between March 23-25, suspect(s) broke into a home in the 200 block of Gloria Road and stole multiple items, including jewelry, televisions, stereo equipment and tools. The stolen items are valued at more than $7,000.

Emergency response exercise set for Crooksville Saturday
CROOKSVILLE — Perry County first responders will be running a full-scale emergency response exercise from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Crooksville on Saturday, April 27. The training exercise, which will simulate a hazardous materials emergency, will involve 911 dispatchers, fire departments, EMS agencies, law enforcement and other local, county and regional partners. It will take place at the Crooksville Recreation Center and areas around Amerine Street south of the village’s business area. Expect to see lights, multiple emergency vehicles and responders.Typical services to Perry County by all participants will continue during the event.
