The San Antonio Spurs have waived guards Jordan Burns and Damyean Dotson. Both players were signed to non-guaranteed contracts.

Burns went undrafted out of Colgate at the 2021 NBA Draft. Dotson is a four-year NBA veteran. He's played with the New York Knicks and Cleveland Cavaliers.

Both Burns and Dotson are expected to play for the Austin Spurs of the G League as Affiliate Players.

San Antonio's roster now stands at 17 players. The Spurs will have to trade or waive at least one player with a fully guaranteed contract to get into regular season roster compliance.
