In just the last month, Sydney Sweeney has taken the cake as the reigning queen of summer style. The actress has stunned in yet another mini skirt ensemble while seen shooting a new Bai water campaign in New York City’s Union Square. She sported a Barbiecore pink micro mini skirt and a cropped white T-shirt with the phrase “Bai Babe” embellished on the front. While Sydney is known for her bombshell fashion (like the plunging powder blue dress she wore to Cannes!), her latest ensemble is definitely more early-2000s Britney Spears than her Euphoria character, Cassie. The actress hosted a new Bai water campaign in New York City's Union Square. She handed out water and ice cream and posed with fans.

The Reality star donned a micro mini skirt with long, cargo-style pockets that went past the hem of the skirt. Her light pink top, which featured the words "Bai Babe," was just above her belly button to show off her tight abs. The bright colors and kitschy aesthetics of the outfit combine to create an unapologetically maximalist, Barbiecore look that even Britney Spears would approve of.

Her signature blonde hair was parted in the middle and effortlessly fell past her shoulders in loose waves. Sydney's curtain bangs and butterfly haircut give her hair that added boost. She accessorized with big gold hoop earrings but the star was surprisingly not wearing her engagement ring from fiancé Jonathan Davino amid affair rumors. The White Lotus actress completed her look with a pair of pink, brown-lensed sunglasses and white peep-toe kitten heels. As for makeup, Sydney opted for full glam makeup with full lashes, a bronze glow, and dark pink lip gloss.

The event was also full of fun games for guests to enjoy. Sydney spoke about her partnership with the water brand, Bai. "I drink water all day. It's just been a part of me since I was young," she told Teen Vogue. "Now adding in flavors with Bai has been so much fun because I've been kind of boring my entire life with clean water."

She continued to explain why she loves working with the brand, saying that it all stemmed from a challenge her parents presented her to make her drink more water. "I always make sure that it's something that's very organic and authentic to who I am. Bai was super organic for me because since I was 12 I drank water," she says.

In the past, Sydney admitted that she's never even had coffee. "I have never even tried coffee. I only drink water—for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing," she told Bustle. "Instead of coffee, I'll have some Swedish Fish or anything gummy if I'm tired. I've had a Shirley Temple to celebrate, but I feel totally fine with just water."

Fan Comments

Sydney shared her look for the event to her Instagram with the caption, "bai babe kicked off the #baidrationchallenge with @drinkbai in nyc yesterday #baipartner" with heart emojis. Fans were obsessed with her outfit, commenting, "Hottest chick alive," and "[I] need that shirt."

Other fans pointed out how the ensemble seemed to be inspired by Y2K fashion, "It's giving early 2000's Britney and I'm here for it," one person wrote, while another commented, "This pics gives me 2000s vibes." And, some other commenters even raved that Sydney looked like a certain fan-favorite Mattel doll, "You're a barbie girl," someone wrote, and another commented, "I'm surprised you're not in the Barbie movie. I think you would've been amazing in it." We agree!
