NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A person was struck and killed by a train at the 81st Street-Museum of Natural History train station Friday, according to police.

The unidentified individual was struck by a northbound A train around 4:42 p.m., officials said.

Authorities do not believe the person was pushed, and said the incident may have been a suicide.

The MTA shut off power on the line to remove the body.

A, B, C and D trains are all experiencing delays due to the incident.
