Wendy Williams selling off all her belongings in NYC penthouse

Wendy Williams is selling off her personal belongings in her NYC condo, Page Six can confirm.

The former daytime talk show host was said to have told pals about a move to Los Angeles in the next few weeks, but a source tells us that she won’t go through with it.

“She was asking how to sell her stuff with ‘The Real Real,’ but I don’t think she’s actually moving to Los Angeles,” an insider told Page Six exclusively. “She seems so unwell.”

“Wendy is getting rid of items for spring cleaning, this is what people do this time of year,” Williams’ rep, Shawn Zanotti, tells Page Six in a statement.

“It’s a new chapter for Wendy and she wants new things. This is a common gesture people do and Wendy is no different”

Among the many items up for grabs from her $3 million penthouse apartment is her iconic purple chair, which fans have come to love during her controversial “Hot Topics” segment, according to the Sun.

Other items include her furniture, as well as other eclectic home decor items that have been featured during lockdown when she filmed her show from home, the outlet adds.

This comes days after the 58-year-old teased that she’s got some projects in development, including a possible reality show.

Page Six recently confirmed that contrary to a report claiming otherwise, the star’s hotly anticipated podcast has not been canceled before its launch.

“We are still working behind the scenes on several projects. There has been no official cancellation of the podcast,” Williams’ publicist, Shawn Zanotti, told us exclusively.

It’s been a rocky few months for the TV star, after she checked back into rehab for substance abuse issues back in September 2022, Page Six revealed at the time.

After nearly two months of treatment in an undisclosed facility, she said she was “better than ever.”

“We are happy to report that Wendy Williams is home and healing after being in a wellness facility since August,” her rep said in a statement at the time.

“Wendy is excited about the road ahead and looking forward to releasing her many projects.”

Williams was recently spotted slurping on the booze at various NYC hotspots, including Fresco by Scotto and gay bar The Townhouse, sources told Page Six.

At Fresco by Scotto, Williams seemingly mixed business with pleasure as she was seen filming a mystery project at the Italian restaurant.

“She had a huge crew that basically turned Fresco by Scotto into a movie set … approximately 30 people in the crew. Lights, cameras, audio, producers, etc. [It] looked like a reality show,” a source shared with Page Six last month.

“One of the ‘scenes’ was Wendy having dinner with a friend. Wendy came into the dining room with her big personality waving at all the guests, like they were extras in her movie.”
