- Dana White mentioned three potential venues for Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler TUF 31 season finale bout
- A potential date for the fight is still yet to be announced
UFC president Dana White is not being stingy in providing updates about the much-awaited The Ultimate Fighter Season 31 finale showdown between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler. Earlier this month, White said there had already been a lot of interesting stuff that went down between the pair and now, he has named a potential venue for the bout.
A big stadium for such a big event
According to the UFC boss, the T-Mobile Arena is always a staple choice but they are also looking at making the fight happen at the Cowboys’ AT&T stadium in Dallas or at the Madison Square Garden in New York.
“You can do the Cowboys’ stadium, Madison Square Garden, obviously Vegas and (T-Mobile Arena or Allegiant Stadium)… We’re looking at all the different options,” White recently revealed.
TUF 31 is set to air its season premiere May 30 on ESPN. The finale bout between the rivaling coaches, meanwhile, is expected to take place shortly after the season airs its final episode on Aug. 15.
A quick look at what’s about to go down
Seemingly well aware that fans have been drooling, McGregor delighted them with a sneak peek of his face off with Chandler inside the Octagon in the set of TUF 31. The former UFC two-division champ did not write anything as caption and based on how it looked, it appears that fans could already tell what’s about to go down even without reading anything.

McGregor will be coming in hoping to end his winless streak and possibly earn a title shot at the welterweight division. Chandler, on the other hand, will be out to prove that he is capable of stopping even the biggest name in the game.
