LANCASTER, Pa. — A Philadelphia man will serve up to 16 years in prison for selling more than two pounds of methamphetamine in Lancaster County in 2022. Emmanuel Woods, 31, was convicted in December 2023 of charges related to the transportation with intent to deliver 2.1 pounds of meth in East Lampeter Township. He was also found guilty of possessing drug paraphernalia, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office.
