NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — The Elite Drill Squad and Drum Corps is hard at work practicing for the Elm City Freddy Fixer Parade after a three-year hiatus.
The city-based drill team includes youth from 4 to 18 years old. The group, which includes dance and cheer, along with drill, gives children an alternative to violence.
