Parents facing murder charges in 2021 drug overdose of Allentown toddler
The parents of a 22-month-old Allentown boy are facing felony murder charges after the toddler fatally ingested fentanyl while in their care, authorities say. Jorge Suarez-Santiago, 32, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Jayleen Rivas-Rodriguez, 35, of Allentown each are charged with third-degree felony murder in the case.
