This week has a pretty special holiday that you may not have heard of — National Prime Rib Day. April 27 is a day to celebrate that tender flavorful cut of meat.

Prime rib is traditionally a holiday or special occasion dish, so to have it on a random April evening will feel like an indulgent treat.

There are a lot of local spots that have special prime rib nights, but we’ve rounded up some Greater New Bedford area eateries bringing prime rib to you on their everyday menus.

It’s time to celebrate National Prime Rib Day, all you have to do is choose your cut, cook, and sides.

Fathoms Bar & Grill, Inc.

At Fathoms Bar & Grill, Inc. you can get a prime rib perfect for any size appetite. They are offering up slow-cooked prime rib served with your choice of two sides for 8 ounce $27, 12 ounce $31, 14 ounce $35, 16 ounce $39. Dig into a delicious plate today at 255 Popes Island, New Bedford.

Mike's Restaurant

Every day is a special occasion at Mike’s restaurant, that why they have four different cuts of prime rib for you to choose from.
