Body found off coast of Neah Bay, deputies investigating
NEAH BAY, Wash. - Clallam County deputies are investigating after the body of a woman was found off the coast of Neah Bay on Friday. The sheriff's office said the body was reported around 5:00 p.m. Friday, after a fisherman spotted it floating a half-mile from the shore. Neah Bay Tribal Police sent a boat to recover the body, and authorities were unable to identify who it was.
US 101 blocked south of Forks after rollover crash, hundreds of gallons of fuel spilled
Editor's note: This story has been updated to reflect that up to 30 gallons of diesel fuel spilled. WSP had originally said that 200-300 gallons of fuel had spilled. A rollover crash fully blocked US Highway 101 south of Forks on Wednesday. Crews were also working to clean up diesel that spilled.
