A Mississippi man is behind bars after he drove an SUV off the road and then dropped 150 feet down a gully. Roy Ray III, 23, of Natchez, called Adams County E-911 dispatchers at approximately 8:27 p.m. on Wednesday to report the accident off Liberty Road and request an ambulance.
