BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — On Nov. 27, 42-year-old Dan Fitts was sentenced to 20 years in prison on failure to stop and render aid - death charges. According to the Bexar County District Attorney's Office, on June 10, 2020, Fitts was riding his motorcycle on Loop 410 at speeds exceeding 100 mph when he reportedly crashed into another man riding on a motorcycle. The victim lost control of his motorcycle and was seriously injured due to the crash.
