After three children and three adults lost their lives in a Nashville private school shooting, the community is coming together in prayer at several prayer vigils.
Vigils that took place across the Midstate the week of the shooting include a citywide vigil where First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Sheryl Crow, Metro Police Chief John Drake and more were in attendance.
Other vigils took place at First Lutheran, The Journey Church and First Baptist Church.
As the Nashville community mourns these innocent lives taken, an organization in Middle Tennessee established a fund for the school to help those healing. Those wanting to donate can visit the "Caring for Covenant Fund."
Tennessee public figures and beyond are sharing statements of support and condolences following a mass shooting at a Nashville private school.
A GoFundMe has also been set up to support victims.
