Public company deal delayed
Revance Therapeutic’s merger deal that would take the company private has been delayed. <\p> The delay, which could go until Oct. 18 or later, comes after the biotechnology company revealed in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing that Swiss company Teoxane alleges Nashville-based Revance breached a contract. <\p>

Millions of businesses have a new reporting deadline coming up

Vancouver-based Earls Restaurant Group is bringing upscale casual dining to Nashville Yards.<\p> Earls Nashville will open in late 2025 in 8,600 square feet on music venue The Pinnacle’s first floor, according to a release.<\p>

Public company sells hospital
Community Health Systems has officially sold one of its North Carolina hospitals. <\p> Iredell Health System became the owner of Davis Regional Psychiatric Hospital, formerly known as Davis Regional Medical Center, Tuesday, according to the hospital system’s news release. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\p>
