Anchorage considers requiring landlords to cover tenant relocation
The Anchorage Assembly's proposed ordinance could see some changes for landlords and tenants. If the landlord fails to pay, the city could step in to cover the costs and later get the money from the landlord with fees added. Chloe Broquet just moved to Anchorage and feels that this would help, especially if a place is unsafe.
