Napa County, CA – In the early hours of May 20, 2023, tragedy struck on SR-29, just south of Whitehall Lane, as a red 2012 BMW 325i hurtled down the southbound lane at an unsafe speed. The vehicle was occupied by a driver and three passengers. The reckless speed ultimately resulted in a catastrophic loss of control, leading to a devastating collision.
The driver of the BMW lost control of the vehicle, causing it to veer across the northbound lane of traffic and collide with a sign situated on the east shoulder of the roadway. The force of the impact propelled the vehicle into an overturning motion, further exacerbating the severity of the crash.
Regrettably, both the driver and the right front passenger sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
