Monday's Weather: Nothing but sunshine and comfy PM temps today
EAST TEXAS (KLTV/KTRE) - It sure is on the chilly side this morning as overnight lows have dropped into the middle to upper 40s! Be sure you and the kiddos grab a jacket or hoodie before y’all head out for the day. Sunshine and returning south winds will aid in a decent warm up into the comfortable lower to middle 70s later this afternoon. Clear skies tonight will lead to another cool start tomorrow but thankfully it will not be as cold, with most dropping to near 50° to start out the day before warming into the middle to upper 70s with even more sunshine. Expect a mix of sun and clouds on Wednesday as highs reach near 80° with maybe a slight chance at a shower or two. Very limited rain chances continue for our northern zones on Thursday before better shots at showers and thunderstorms return on Friday. It looks like we’ll remain in a somewhat more unsettled weather pattern over the upcoming weekend, meaning more showers and storms will be possible at times. Enjoy the sunshine and comfortable temperatures while they are here, y’all!
