Donald Trump is back.

Or at least he's trying to make us think he's back. Whatever the case, if he plays it convincingly enough he's definitely back.

You can already hear CNN roaring about Trump's latest legal problem. Fox News is up in arms comparing Apples and Oranges, or what people also call Trump's and Biden's presidencies.

People are left baffled. Polarized.

Isn't it a bit too soon for Trump rallies?

No. It's not if you ask the man himself, Donald Trump. He's even boasting about his new-old slogan.

"Make America Great Again, Again"

It's true. The above is a potential campaign slogan for 2024.

Here's Business Insider also confirming the news.

"We're going to take America back," shouted Trump last Saturday at his Iowa rally.

Even though the year is 2021, Donald Trump wants you to know he means business in 2024.

He has not yet officially announced his run. Elections are 3 years ahead and he's not the youngest Trump in the family.

So why is Trump seemingly campaigning?

Political experts seem to think he'll try to avoid accountability for the mounting legal troubles. Donald Trump has his private Wikipedia listing most of his current legal affairs.

Categorization of lawsuits is probably the biggest surprise there. He's not facing a set number of legal battles, the former president has categories listing sub-categories that have legal proceeding titles in them. The list is far too exhaustive for a single individual to make sense of it.

However, if Donald Trump manages to get on the campaign trail for 2024, he might frame every legal trouble inside one buzz term:

"Political Prosecution."

You might soon hear something like, "[Insert Democrat] or [Insert GOP Primary Runner] are trying to prosecute me for made-up crimes. They are afraid of me because I'm winning. And they can't stop me. So they need their dirty sneaky tactics. They stole one election. They won't steal another."

Whether Donald Trump says this or not is complete speculation, but if you do hear it in a few months or years. Then you'll know what's going on.

Donald Trump needs this comeback. Otherwise, his whole legacy might end with a dark twist. He probably doesn't want to be the first US president who spends his retirement in prison.
