Man pleads guilty to destroying cell phone, running from police
A Montague man pleaded guilty Monday in the Ottawa County 20th Circuit Court to resisting arrest from a police officer and destroying property. Zachary Fitts said he broke his girlfriend’s cell phone and, when he came into contact with police, resisted arrest on March 12 in Holland Township.
