The former roofer, who was charged with false fraud charges and had his property seized due to a violation of his 4th amendment rights, (All of Kenton’s property was eventually returned after a different court battle) has recently “won” his opposition to the state’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit he filed against the State of Tennessee and Prosecutor Chadwick Jackson. The lawsuit was filed to highlight the ongoing corruption in Tennessee’s criminal justice system and the fact that Jackson has violated several ethics rules laid out by the Tennessee Bar Association in Brentwood, TN.

Phokam Saysourinho, 80, is accused of stabbing his wife, Thatsaphone Saysourinho, at their home in West Murfreesboro.
