One person is dead and another is in custody after a domestic violence shooting in the Corbett area Saturday evening, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office said.
The incident started shortly before 5 p.m. Saturday with reports of a shooting near the Historic Columbia River Highway’s intersection with Northeast Rohrbach Road.
One person died in the incident, which the sheriff’s office confirmed was a domestic violence shooting.
Deputies said they have someone in custody.
