A Mountain Home woman is dead after her motorcycle collided with another vehicle late Sunday morning. The Arkansas State Police says 64-year-old Mary Vavruska was pronounced dead at Baxter Health.
According to the Mountain Home Police Department, Vavruska was traveling on College Street. Another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction was reportedly attempting to turn onto First Street and pulled into Vavruska’s path. The unidentified driver of the second vehicle was not injured.
The road was dry, and the weather was clear at the time of the 11:51 a.m. accident.
