Cynthia Blackwell Maze, 78, a native of Morgan City and resident of Lafayette, died Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at Ochsner Lafayette General.
Visitation was Saturday at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Morgan City. Burial followed in Morgan City Cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters, Zenobia Ladeay and LaKeta Solomon, both of Lafayette; four grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and host of other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Jones Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
