Armed Robbery with a Firearm at Separate Gas Stations

On June 07, 2023, at 1:10 A.M., deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Moreno Valley Station responded to the report of an armed robbery in the 16000 block of Perris Blvd., in the City of Moreno Valley. A black male adult entered the business armed with a handgun and demanded money from the store clerk. The suspect fled the location on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a black male adult, wearing a white hoodie with navy blue shirt over it, a blue surgical mask, black pants, and white Croc type shoes. At 1:40 A.M., an additional armed robbery was reported in the 13000 block of Perris Blvd. The suspect was identified as the same suspect from the earlier armed robbery. There were no items successfully taken from the second armed robbery and the suspect fled the location northbound on foot. The suspect is still outstanding and considered armed and dangerous. The investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available at this time.
