Moore Officer On Leave After Shooting Suspect

A Moore police officer shot and killed a man who ran from him and threatened him with a knife Saturday.

Police say Brian Payne was in a stolen car in a parking lot when police tried to arrest him. Footage shows Payne grabbing a knife and running from officers. The officer then cornered Payne at a fence and Payne threatened him with a knife, according to the police, the officer then opened fire.

That officer is now on paid administrative leave.
