Police: Drunk driver hits ambulance in Montgomery, 4 injured

Police say Ragi Hill, from Wallkill, was arrested for felony DWI and issued several traffic violations

Four people were injured when a drunk driver crashed into an ambulance in the town of Montgomery, according to police.
Authorities say it happened on I-84 around 8 p.m. Sunday. They say Ragi Hill, from Wallkill, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
She was later taken to Garnet Medical Center for a medical evaluation.
The driver of the ambulance was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Newburgh for a shoulder injury. Two of the passengers, who are both EMTs, were also treated for minor injuries there. A patient was also injured.
Hill was charged with felony DWI and issued several traffic violations. She's due in town court in May.
