How do you make a living? OR What is your everyday passion? I am a Transformational Life & Wellness Coach (we go deep!), Pilates Instructor and Ambassador to a clean/non-toxic health products company based in Utah.

What’s your idea of a perfect weekend day? Going on a road trip somewhere around mountains and nature, having an amazing lunch, reading by the fireplace (in winter), catching up with family and friends over dinner while listening to good music and enjoying a good glass of biodynamic wine. ☺
What’s your favorite local restaurant? There are so many good ones! Our usual to go to for dinner is La Rocca Osteria and for breakfast and lunch our top two are le Salbuen and The Corner, amongst others. (It’s hard to choose one!)
What’s on your nightstand? Books, Candle, essential oils, and without fail a large mason jar filled with lemon water before I go to bed. It is the first thing I drink when I wake up.
What are you listening to? As I write this I’m listening to Bon Entendeur (a French band). I have an eclectic taste in music, but when I work, I go for more of a Zen vibe, classical, Solfeggio, or binaural beats.
What are your current indulgences? If investing in my personal growth counts as an indulgence that would be number one, I’m a voracious reader, and good food and wine.
What talent you would most like to have? Playing an instrument well (piano or guitar would be my top two).
What’s the worst-kept (or best-kept!) secret about Montclair? The Wildlife Preserve behind our backyard. The creek, the birds and the nature are a gem in town.
What do you hope they say about you at your funeral? Big hearted, adventurous, globe trotter, devoted mamma, multi-passionate, kind, curious and super fun!
