Three men were taken into custody following a daylight armed robbery in Perris, as they strong-armed a victim at gunpoint before hightailing it – but not before the law caught up with them, authority representatives said. The Perris Sheriff's deputies zoomed to the 2000 Block of North Perris Boulevard after a 10:35 a.m. distress call on Sunday reported the crime and managed to track down the suspects shortly after they scrammed from the scene.
