Two people arrested in Monson after drugs found in vehicle

MONSON, Mass. (WWLP) – Two people were arrested in Monson Friday morning after drugs were found inside a suspicious vehicle.

According to Monson Police, a town resident on Harrison Avenue called police after they noticed a vehicle parked next to their trailer Friday morning. Officers allegedly found drugs inside the vehicle and arrested two people who were inside.

One suspect has been charged with trafficking cocaine and possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug. The other has been charged with operating under the influence of drugs and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Monson Police say this incident is a reminder for residents to contact them if they ever see something suspicious.
