BILLINGS, Mont. - Commuters should expect minor traffic delays on North 27th Street in Billings Wednesday evening due to the Special Olympic Torch Run. The Billings Police Department said on social media the runners will begin at Montana State University Billings and finish at the Federal Court House, taking place from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Special Olympics State Summer Games officially kick off in Billings
BILLINGS, Mont. - It's a big week for hundreds of athletes from all across the state - as the Special Olympic State Summer Games officially kicked off. The opening ceremonies took place Wednesday at First Interstate Arena, where athletes gathered together and fostered relationships with one another. The athletes first met to form these new bonds of friendship earlier in the day at the Track and Field events at Billings West High School.
