Main St. The Memorial Day concert is an annual concert performed by the Pensacola Civic Band that honors our country’s veterans, service men and women as well as military families. This concert reflects and honors the bravery and sacrifice of those who gave their lives for our nation. The Pensacola Civic Band, along with the 151st Army Band, will perform songs in tribute to the United States of America, the true heroes who have defended our freedom, and the service men and women who continue that pledge today. 31-year-old woman killed in crash on I-10 in Santa Rosa County
SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. -- A 31-year-old Milton woman was killed in a crash on I-10 in Santa Rosa County Wednesday evening. It happened around 5:45 p.m. near mile marker 29. According to Florida Highway Patrol, the woman was traveling westbound on I-10 in an SUV when the vehicle ran off the roadway and overturned.

NOAA predicts above normal hurricane activity for the 2024 season
WEAR-TV — It's going to be a very busy hurricane season according to the NOAA National Weather Service forecasters at the Climate Prediction Center. NOAA is forecasting a range of 17 to 25 total named storms (winds of 39 mph or higher). Of those, 8 to 13 are forecast to become hurricanes (winds of 74 mph or higher), including 4 to 7 major hurricanes (category 3, 4 or 5; with winds of 111 mph or higher). Forecasters have a 70% confidence in these ranges.
