On this week's Targeting the Violence NBC 15's Kym Anderson is in conversation with Tiffany Harris-James of Future Leaders Working.

Future Leaders Working is a nonprofit organization that identifies, supports, and develops young parents in Mobile. They assist young parents in transitioning into administrative professionals in the workforce. Trying to to help young parents by providing training, mentoring and networking opportunities so they don’t have to rely on government assistance or working 2 and 3 odd end jobs to survive. Skilled jobs not only give a sense of pride, it’s proven to cut down on violence.
