UPDATE:

Jeffery Sikes, the mastermind and leader of the group that set several fires in Gulf Coast Walmart’s, has been sentenced to 18 years in federal prison.

Sikes was also ordered to pay $7,295,533 in restitution.

Other sentences in this case:

Quinton Olson, 3 years, $7,295,533 restitution

Alexander Olson, 15 years, $7,295,533 restitution


PREVIOUSLY:

The seven people charged with setting fires inside Gulf Coast Walmart locations are scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow in Mobile Federal Court.

All seven defendants entered guilty pleas to various charges.

Jeffery Sikes and Alexander Olson face up to 20 years in Federal Prison. Sean Bottorff faces up from 5 to 20 years in prison.

Erica Sikes, Jenna Bottorff, Michael Bottorff, and Quinton Olson all face up to 5 years in prison.

The U.S. Attorney is asking for more that $7 million in restitution for merchandise loss, and costs to repair, replace, and restore the physical infrastructure of the stores damaged in the fires.
