So, we all know that exercising is great for our health, our minds, and our bodies. Di you also know that exercise can help with the way we sleep? It’s true!
Studies show that people who exercise regularly sleep better at night and are also less tired during the day. For those of you who have trouble sleeping at night or even insomnia, exercise is said to improve these symptoms. While more challenging exercise can improve the way you sleep even a short 15-minute walk or bike ride can make a difference.
For the most part we can all use a better night sleep so why not add in a little exercise to assist.
Sounds like a win-win to me.
