MISSOULA, Mont. —

Today’s tip is for those who may be in a fitness rut and could use a little motivation to get your body moving. For me personally, I struggle with knowing the challenge, aches and pains, frustration and disappointment felt when you haven’t been physical in a while and how hard it can be to start back up, however I’m here to remind you and encourage you to get rid of the noise and just focus on starting small. Regardless of the form of exercise you choose, there are health benefits that can come along with it including lowering chronic diseases, heart health, mental health and adds strength. If you ever need help with your health and wellness, we have pros in town here for you.
