Liquid Planet Grille is opening a new location in the old Denny's building on Brooks Street in Missoula.
NBC Montana talked with owner Scott Billadeau who confirmed the move.
There are currently seven Liquid Planet locations, but this will only be the second Liquid Planet Grille.
Billadeau says that they are already planning a remodel of the space and are going to open it up to create a similar customer flow that they have at the grille on Arthur Avenue in Missoula.
Currently they are cleaning the new location and setting up new equipment, including a full bakery, an expanded espresso bar with two espresso machines.
Billadeau also tells us that the grille will be the same menu as the current one, with beer, wine, freshly baked goods and a few surprise food items.
“Our current location is bursting at the seams, so we're excited to have a larger kitchen, bakery area, and approximately double the seating capacity. Further, there is a parking lot with over 50 parking spaces next to the building. Midtown is currently going through a major revitalization and we're excited to be part of it! I would like to thank our amazing staff and managers at our current Grille as we could not consider expanding without them. Further, we have a terrific customer base throughout Missoula County and beyond and this additional location will provide more convenience for the Southwest side of Missoula. And finally, we feel fortunate that the building is locally owned and that they preferred to have a local business in their building,” said Billadeau.
