MISSOULA, Mont. —
In a meeting Monday night, the Missoula City Council approved plans to preserve 21 1/2 acres of land in the upper Rattlesnake.

The owners of Ten Spoon Vineyard and Winery want to conserve the land their business sits on. They'll do that by donating a conservation easement to the city.
The move will protect the land from development.
The city approved $40,000 to reimburse expenses incurred by the project.
