Tupelo Woman Arrested for Child Endangerment

Lauren Stewart, 35, of Tupelo, has been arrested regarding a 2022 incident of child endangerment.

On September 9, 2024, Stewart was served a Lee County Circuit Court Capias Warrant for two counts of child endangerment- child present at sale, according to a press release from Tupelo Police Department. These counts refer to a 2022 incident in which juveniles were present at a sale of drugs.

According to the Tupelo Police Department press release, Stewart was ordered to be held without bond at the time that the capias was issued. The case is currently waiting for trial in Lee County Circuit Court.
