Superintendent Tiffany McMaster welcomed kindergarten students -- the Class of 2039 -- and walked many to their classrooms Monday. McMaster officially became the district's 15th superintendent in July, but Monday marked her first first day of school leading the district. It was also a first for students and staff at Stead Elementary School and Vaughn Middle School, both of which opened new buildings this year. For Stead Principal Ryan Doetch-Youngblood,
