Six years after buying disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein’s West Village townhouse, a billionaire has also gobbled up the one right next door.

Bruce Karsh, co-founder of Los Angeles-based Oaktree Capital Management, and his wife Martha, paid $28 million for the property at 15 Bank St., according to property records — down from its $30 million asking price just four months ago.  

In 2018, the pair paid $25.62 million for 13 Bank St. that Weinstein shared with his then-wife, fashion designer Georgina Chapman, across from the Waverly Inn.

Many major chains have been heavily discounting food and drink in order to bring people in. Recently TGI Fridays has $5 Happy Hours and appears to be doubling down on the bar scene again. Some of the chains also have gone above and beyond lowering margins and in some cases quality to keep the lights on. The victim was buying a MetroCard on the mezzanine level of the 47-50 Street-Rockefeller Center station in Midtown around 12:20 a.m. when an unidentified man crept up behind him and slashed him on the right side of his face with a cutting instrument, authorities said.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition, but suffered a “severe laceration” to his face, police said.

No arrest has been made. The NYPD released footage and an image of the suspect they’re hunting for Monday evening.

The perp was last seen wearing a white hoodie and brown pants.
