The Gallery Food Hall is coming to Milwaukee's east side at 2335 N. Murray Ave. Kamal Shkoukani, the food hall's founder, said he hopes to open by the end of July.

The Gallery will operate as a digital food hall, where different brands will operate under the same kitchen for takeout orders.

The restaurants will include Secret Hot Chicken, Moon Burger and Gym Bae. Shkoukani owns all three brands but is looking forward to including more restaurants in the future. He hopes to give up-and-coming entrepreneurs in Milwaukee a chance at showcasing their restaurants.

Shkoukani previously operated those restaurants at Paper Table, 733 N. Milwaukee St., in downtown Milwaukee.

He said he hopes to have a revolving door of brands operating out of the food hall for two weeks at a time.

Shkoukani said he hopes to eventually include art in the space as well.
