CHAPTER LEADER IN NEW MEXICO. WELL, A FREE GROCERY GIVEAWAY AND COOKOUT THIS WEEKEND. A DREAM TEAM, UNITED MILWAUKEE AND SAINT PAUL CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST PARTNERED TO GIVE AWAY GROCERIES FOR TWO HOURS THIS AFTERNOON NEAR 53RD AND CENTER AND EVENT ORGANIZERS SAY THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS IS THE FOOD IS FOR EVERYONE. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I REMEMBER WE’VE BEEN DOING IT NOW FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS, THREE AND A HALF AND SO WE JUST CONNECT WITH OTHER INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY. WE GO TO DIFFERENT AREAS. WE POP UP, GIVE OUT THE FOOD. WE DON’T ASK FOR IDS, ADDRESS IS HOUSEHOLD INCOME. IT’S JUST FOR US, BY US, AND WE’RE GIVING IT AWAY FOR FREE. SUCH A GREAT EVENT. DREAM TEAM UNITED MILWAUKE

Dream Team United MKE does grocery giveaway each month

Dream Team United MKE and St. Paul Church of God in Christ partnered this weekend to give away groceries for two hours Sunday afternoon.One of the organizers with Dream Team United MKE said the best thing about this is that the food is for everyone -- no questions asked."We've been doing it now for the past three years, three and a half. And so we just connect with other individuals in the community. We go to different areas. We pop up, give out the food. We don't ask for IDs, addresses, household income. It's just for us by us, and we're giving it away for free," Sequanna Taylor said. Dream Team United MKE does a grocery giveaway each month, which includes a cookout during the summer months.
