MISD hosts programming for future summer learning program principals

MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – Four Midland ISD campuses are hosting summer programming, led by rising district leaders, who will take over as principals for their summer learning programs.

One of those people includes Assistant Scharbauer Principal Griselda Rosales, who will be Principal of summer learning at Bush Elementary.

“I am excited about the opportunity to be a campus principal for summer programming…It is my first opportunity to lead a campus and oversee all campus operations, including programming, coaching, hiring, and leading all staff and students,” said Rosales.

The program is to help prepare these educators for future leadership roles.
