3 men charged with trafficking meth, fentanyl mixtures
NEW HAVEN, CT (WFSB) - Three men from the New Haven area were charged with trafficking counterfeit pills that contained a mixture of illegal drugs. Markeyse Kelly, 45, of West Haven, Jaquan Price, 33, of New Haven, and 32-year-old Robert Covington of New Haven sold pills that contained methamphetamine and fentanyl, and fentanyl powder laced with xylazine, according to Vanessa Roberts Avery, U.S. states attorney for the District of Connecticut.
