Chef Matt Knio got started by working on a cocoa bean plantation in Africa and then moved on to learn from a master pastry chef in Paris.
After years of mastering his pastry skills, he eventually brought the business to metro Detroit serving French pastries like croissants, macarons, fruit tarts, and other specialty treats.
The shop also sells salads, sandwiches, cold drinks, espresso plus your traditional baked goods like cookies and cakes.
