Acne Studios Opens New Store in Miami
Marking its first location in the Southern U.S.
Acne Studios has just opened a new store in Miami, Florida, which marks its first location in the Southern United States.
Located in Miami’s Design District, the Swedish brand’s new location is adding to the area’s focus on fashion, arts and design. Conceptualized by the Swedish design studio, Halleroed, the store spans two stories and fuses both classic and contemporary glamorous design styles. Also embedded in the store’s design is a focus on sleeker elements consisting of a polished aluminum modular system, neutral-hued textured marmorino walls, black granite steps and custom-made rugs by Katshall – all in an open floor plan.
Additionally, the space features movement-focused curved light fixtures that originally made their debut in the brand’s Paris flagship store. Further elevating the space are lime-green and black mannequins by artist Daniel Silver alongside salmon-colored blob-shaped furniture by Max Lamb.
